Born in Duri, Riau on June 28, 1970, grew up in the mining environment of a multinational oil company, obtained his Bachelor of Laws and Masters degrees in Law from the Faculty of Law, Gadjah Mada University Yogyakarta and members of KAHGAMA (The Gadjah Mada Faculty Of Law Alumni Family). Ernie is a PERADI (Perhimpunan Advokat Indonesia) licensed advocate and registered as a member and Advisor of the IKADIN (Indonesian Advocates Association) South Jakarta. Ernie is registered as a licensed Receiver and Administrator and was a member of the certification board of the Indonesian Receiver and Administrators Association (AKPI) and has served as an education teacher and examination team for AKPI education participants. With AKPI seniors, they have held discussions regarding bankruptcy and suspension of payment with the Indonesian Supreme Court. Ernie has also attended an intensive course in Maritime and Shipping Law at the University of Southampton England. In terms of education, Ernie has been a lecturer in business law courses at Petra University Surabaya and Prasetiya Mulya University Jakarta. Ernie has various experiences in Litigation and Non Litigation which include handling of Bankruptcy and Suspension Of Payment cases, banking, civil and criminal, arbitration, commercial cases, and labor at various court levels.
